🎥 See How Drum Puncher Plugin works
YOUR DRUMS SHOULDN’T NEED FIVE PLUGINS TO HIT HARD.
You know the routine. Compressor. Clipper. Transient shaper. EQ. Saturation. Then ten minutes tweaking attack, release, threshold and gain.
Drum Puncher puts the modern metal drum chain into a few simple controls.
MASSIVE DRUM SOUND IN SECONDS
Whether you’re writing larger-than-life modern metalcore or just need extra smack in your mix, Drum Puncher gets you there without building an entire processing chain.
One big knob and one little knob. Simple and destructive.
---PUNCH
- No more tweaking attack and release settings. Crank this knob and you will have a massive drum sound in about 3 seconds.
---CRUNCH
- Clip and destroy your drums for that modern metal aggression. Simple and crushing. This will add fatness to your drums.
Drum Puncher sounds great on kick, snare, toms and rooms. It can even add some extra spice to your Overheads or give your drum bus that extra weight it needs to cut through the mix.
---CHUNK
- Born from the legendary “Chunk” mode in DI Enhancer, chunk gives you a 3-band transient designer with attack and sustain controls. Switch it for instant attack or open the advanced panel and dial it more precisely.
---THUD
- 100 Hz EQ shelf to add that final touch of low-end weight.
---SIZZLE
- 8khz shelf to give you some extra sizzle and air.
---MIX KNOB
- The entire plugin has a mix knob. Run it in parallel on the drum bus to give you a more subtle but effective sound.
DRUM PROCESSING SIMPLIFIED.
Drum Puncher gives you everything you need to make drums that sound natural and huge, to modern and devastating.
Nothing stands between you and those huge records now. It’s time to make your mix sound larger than life.
